In getting together my stuff for tax filing I cannot remember if the preparer needs only our deposit slip for direct deposit of the refund or both a check and deposit slip. I want to be prepared and used an internet check list, but for some odd reason I was thinking last year they also asked for a voided check along with the voided deposit slip. I am an on-site manager for a small resort. We rent cottages year around. The quickbooks I am using now is just very cluttered with invoices which are paid but not marked paid and bla bla bla… I want to keep that one current because I still have recievables for it. How can I “start a new company” but import all my service lists, customer info and custom invoice templates?
