There is a sale that is $5,000 and paid over a 12 month period. How do you set it up in quickbooks to generate an invoice for each month that shows the cost due each month? This has came up a few times and no one has been able to figure out how to do this or why you can’t. PLEASE HELP!

I want to set my Amazon orders to automatically make invoices in Quickbooks and fill out shipping labels in Paypal. The cheaper the better, but free is best.

With quickbooks, online version in paticular, WITH a merchant services account how does money recieved through website by QB merchant get deposited into a local bank account? Is this part of the integration process? Does quickbooks charge customer’s card and deposit money into whichever account you program it to?

I have my own business and have applied for a line of credit from the bank. They have asked for a financial statement, but I’m not sure what that includes or how to generate one from Quickbooks 2002.

I need something that provides all basic accounting functions, but is simple and quick to use. Quickbooks 2008 is not as good as previous versions and I’ve found managing VAT in it.
Any other suggestions would be most welcome!

i want to start a new Quarter in Quickbooks so that no other quarter effects it. How do i do so? I have been looking and i cant find anything.

I am using quickbooks pro. We do have a alot of inventory that we get from vendors, which we sell to our customers. I would like to track what product is going where,including serial numbers. Is there a way to do it? Let me know thanks!!

I have automatic withdrawals that happen on the same time every month but they’re not a check so I don’t want a check number put in. I am using Quickbooks Premier 2006.

I am a computer contractor (technician) and bought some hardware for a client. How do I bill this to the business owner using Quickbooks? Do I put it on the invoice as an expense item?
