Hr Block Messed Up My Return And Won’t Refund My Money. What Should I Do?

Author: I went in and did my taxes on the 12th of January, I was told that I was going to get the 1-2 day and on the day that my refund was supposed to be on my card it wasn’t there. I called and they told me that I wasn’t approved for the 1-2 day. Now I want my whole tax preperation money refunded plus the cost of the 1-2 process. What should I do?
