I went in and did my taxes on the 12th of January, I was told that I was going to get the 1-2 day and on the day that my refund was supposed to be on my card it wasn’t there. I called and they told me that I wasn’t approved for the 1-2 day. Now I want my whole tax preperation money refunded plus the cost of the 1-2 process. What should I do?

I made number errors that will trigger red flags in my schedule c returns but it was too late to amend. the irs has already ask me the come in for an audit.

We got married Sept 2007 and he owe back taxes of $3500 for 1996 tax year and $1400 for 2000 tax year. He is currently on disability due to kidney disease. I plan on filing joint return this year 2007 if any overpayment is due will I be penalized for his tax liabilities.

I am writing a business plan for a college class. Professor wants us to obtain information about demandfor service, economic growth in this area, and expected revenue generated in the first year. Can anyone help?
